Damages and Issues

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, and without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply: the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
